In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Sep 24, 2026 - 09:00 UTC
Scheduled - Forcepoint will be performing a maintenance activity in all our data centers starting Thursday, September 24th, 2026, 9 AM UTC till October 9th. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades on our web proxy servers to enhance security and performance.

The upgrades will be performed in a phased approach with each data center region being upgraded outside of peak traffic hours. The upgrades will also be performed across a limited set of infrastructure components at a time to ensure sufficient capacity is available during the upgrade to meet traffic demand.

We will provide updates as necessary while we make progress with the maintenance activity and the respective data center components will be marked as Operational once the activity is completed in that region.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.

Scheduled Maintenance

Planned Maintenance - Frankfurt Data Center (Cluster B) Oct 10, 2026 07:00 - Oct 11, 2026 13:00 UTC

Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in Frankfurt (Cluster B) Datacenter, starting Saturday, October 10, 07:00 UTC for 30 hours .The maintenance activity involves upgrading our core network infrastructure to ensure resiliency and performance.

While the maintenance work will be carried out across two days, traffic from Frankfurt will be failed over to a redundant data center during the two failover windows as mentioned below. Traffic will continue to be processed in the Frankfurt data center outside of the work failover windows during the upgrade activity.

First Failover Window:
UTC Time : Saturday, October 10, 07:00 - 13:00 UTC

Second Failover Window:
UTC Time : Sunday, October 11, 07:00 - 13:00 UTC

At the start of each failover window, Web Security Traffic will be automatically failed over to Cluster D Paris Datacenter, Customers connecting to Frankfurt via IPSEC or GRE tunnels are requested to ensure redundant tunnel setup to an alternate data center to ensure continuity of services during the maintenance windows. Email Security traffic will also be automatically routed to an alternate data center for customers with redundant MX records.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.

Announcing the availability of our data center facility in Riyadh (RUHA) Oct 19, 2026 00:30-08:30 UTC

Update - Forcepoint is announcing the availability of a new data center facility in Riyadh (RUHA) from October 19 2026. The facility will replace the existing JEDA vPoP hosted in Paris data center (Cluster D) which is currently being used for customers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will provide users with Cloud Web and Email services with local data storage capability.

On October 19, at around 12:30 UTC, customers connecting to JEDA vPoP via endpoint agent will experience their traffic is being routed via the Riyadh (RUHA) data center facility and is using a new egress IP block 157.167.167.0/24.

Customer Actions Needed

Allowlist the new data center range

Add 157.167.167.0/24 to your allowlists before 19 October 2026.

The same range is used to connect to the service and for outbound traffic from it, so a single entry covers both. Once the KSA data center is live, your users in the Kingdom will connect to this range and their web traffic will egress from it. Retain all existing Forcepoint ranges. This range is an addition, not a replacement.

Dedicated IP customers

Dedicated IP subscriptions include a dedicated address in each Forcepoint data center. With the addition of the KSA data center, an address from 157.167.169.0/24 will appear in the Forcepoint Cloud Security portal alongside your existing addresses.

If you have users in the Kingdom, add your new KSA address to any system that restricts by source IP. All existing dedicated addresses remain in use and should not be removed.

Hybrid Web customers

On-network users continue to egress via your on-premises Web Security Gateway; no change.
Off-network and roaming users in the Kingdom will use the KSA data center, so the allowlisting action above applies to them.

Announcing the Availability of a New Point of Presence (PoP) for Türkiye Nov 3, 2026 14:00-18:00 UTC

Forcepoint will be introducing a new Virtual Point of Presence (ISTA vPoP) which will be configured in our Frankfurt (Cluster B) data center, offering improved latency for customers connecting to the vPoP from Türkiye.

The new ISTA vPoP will be live on November 3, 2026. Customers connecting to ESBA vPoP will experience their traffic being automatically re-routed to the new vPoP.

Existing GRE or IPSec Advanced tunnels connected to the ESBA vPoP will not be affected and there is no requirement to switch to the new vPoP. Customers may prefer to switch to ISTA when it becomes available.

Action required by 2 November 2026 for Forcepoint Web Security Cloud or Hybrid customers with users in Türkiye:

Add 157.167.7.0/24 to your allowlists before 2 November 2026.

The same range is used to connect to the service and for outbound traffic from it, so a single entry covers both. Once the new vPoP is live, your users in Türkiye will connect to this range and their web traffic will egress from it. Retain all existing Forcepoint ranges. This range is an addition, not a replacement.

Hybrid Web Customers

On-network users continue to egress via your on-premises Web Security Gateway; no change.
Off-network and roaming users in Türkiye will use the Frankfurt data center, so the allowlisting action above applies to them.
