Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in Paris (Cluster D) Datacenter, starting Saturday, October 03, 07:00 UTC for 30 hours .The maintenance activity involves upgrading our core network infrastructure to ensure resiliency and performance.
While the maintenance work will be carried out across two days, traffic from Paris will be failed over to a redundant data center during the two failover windows as mentioned below. Traffic will continue to be processed in the Paris data center outside of the work failover windows during the upgrade activity.
First Failover Window: UTC Time : Saturday, October 03, 07:00 - 13:00 UTC
Second Failover Window: UTC Time : Sunday, October 04, 07:00 - 13:00 UTC
At the start of each failover window, Web Security Traffic will be automatically failed over to Cluster J Slough/Woking Datacenter, Customers connecting to Paris via IPSEC or GRE tunnels are requested to ensure redundant tunnel setup to an alternate data center to ensure continuity of services during the maintenance windows. Email Security traffic will also be automatically routed to an alternate data center for customers with redundant MX records.
