Customer Impact: Some of our RBI customers may have experienced a brief loss of connectivity while browsing from ap-southeast-1 (Singapore) and ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) regions.
Current Status & Next Steps: We have implemented the necessary remediation to restore the health of impacted services in both the regions and Browsing is started on both ap-southeast-1 (Singapore) and ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) regions.
We are currently monitoring our environment for stability, and will provide a final update once we have confirmation on the same.

Description: We are currently experiencing unavailability of RBI services in the ap-southeast-1 (Singapore) and ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) regions. Customer traffic has been rerouted to an alternate region to mitigate impact, however, we have identified that the issues is with backend services, and failover is not working as expected.
Teams are actively troubleshooting the incident, and we will provide a further update as we make progress.
